In case of any connectivity failure from Internet Service Provides, you may come across this situation. Please Contact Us at support@kids-treasure-hunt.com with following details.

Can I customize my hunt to have mixed bag of easy, medium and tough clues?

Currently this functionality is not available and you can select only one complexity level for all the clues. However you can buy multiple clues hunt games to have your mixed bag customized as per your choice. 

Can I customize to have both treasure and scavenger hunt elements in my final hunt?

Currently this functionality is not available and you can select clues for either treasure hunt or scavenger hunt. We’ll come with this mixed bag and other theme hunts in future (Bookmark us to visit again in October 2009). However you can buy multiple clues hunts to have your game customized as per your choice.

How do I know the hunt price if I customize my hunt using ‘Customize your hunt’ tool?

You can select as many object as you wish for your hunt (There are some duplication for different play areas so please make sure that you don’t select the same object twice). After pressing ‘Generate Hunt’ button, you’ll be shown the final prices of hunt as per your selection. Our base hunt price is $6.99.

How often do you change your standard products?

We keep on adding the standard hunt games. We suggest to keep record of name of games which you bought last time to avoid buying the same game again. Our creative hunt designer can make some of old product obsolete and remove those.
 

When can I have more variety of hunts for special theme party?

We plan to add a lot more standard hunt games in future. Please bookmark us to visit again in March 2010 to have far more range of games...
